This is a new super modern Industry based on traditional Distillation Methods, founded in Mitilini Lesvos: the metropolis of ouzo making. To this day our industry occupies more than 20 people in its privately owned plant of 1. 600 square metres in the Mitilini district, with modern alembics and bottling machinery with great potential. Our company is also equipped with a qualified electronical chemical laboratory. Through the ISSO 9001: 2000 Management Quality System and the HACCP program, high quality is undoubtedly the guiding target of all our distilled products.
